Mud!

YEA! We got rain. Unfortunately it was warm so the ponies stayed outside today. In protest they changed colors. It was still drizzling when I got home and I got cussed in horse. They still stayed out. Tomorrow’s weather is wind and rain so I am aiming to try to bring them in before that mess starts. The leaves are about gone. It was very foggy tonight and I bet it will be a slow drive in tomorrow morning. It takes half an hour from the time I get off […]

Sick

Ok, so that explains the last post, Tired… Yesterday I passed out immediately getting home. Today I wanted to, but had slightly more energy and used it to mount my car dock for my Droid2. The horses were in the barn all day. This was a guarantee it would not rain despite the weather predictions […]

I am worried this might spell for a long and hard winter. Regardless, a county boy can’t survive, right? Yesterday (10/1) our farrier came out and trimmed the horses. They had gone 8 weeks. Actually their feet looked really good for a change. I was surprised it had been so long (I’ve totally lost track of time this […]
